The story of Cayma

Behind the name

Cayma is named after a serene beach south of Lima, Peru. A place held in memory where time slowed down and the ordinary became quietly extraordinary. The studio was born from a belief that visual communication is not about decoration, but deep connection.

Why we exist

We help premium lifestyle and hospitality companies show what they stand for: through images that move people, stories that build trust, and visual identities that make the invisible beautifully visible.

Bianca & Annette, founders

Cayma is a Barcelona creative studio where photography meets brand thinking. We founded it as two photographers who believe powerful visual content shouldn’t just look good; it should feel true.

We work with hospitality brands, restaurants and creative companies across Spain and beyond, creating photography, video and content that builds recognition, drives engagement and communicates real brand identity.

There are always two creative directors on every project. We see more, so our clients get more.

Good to know

How far ahead should we book?

1–2 weeks for standard shoots; 2+ weeks for full campaigns or seasonal productions.

How do we secure a date?

A 50% deposit confirms your date. The remaining balance is due on final delivery of your images.

When will we get our images?

Within 7 business days for standard shoots, and up to 14 days for shoots of up to 8 hours. Event galleries arrive within 48 hours. Rush delivery is available.

Where do you work?

We’re based in Barcelona and work across Spain, including Madrid, as well as Italy, Germany, Portugal and the UK. Travel is quoted separately.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian, on set and in all documents.

Can we use the images in paid ads?

Yes. Usage-rights extensions for paid advertising are available as an add-on to any package.
